Probably the worst service and customer experience ever. Purchased a 75 inch tv to be installed at cottage in Door County in September. Couldn’t get install till Nov 5th. Why? They only come 1x a month. Flew in from primary residence in Florida specifically for this. What a waste of $800. Kept getting emails about service and arrival time for the job. Window passed and no one showed!! Called store number and transferred to I assume India. 0 help. Called back and spoke with English speaking person who advised escalated and would have a call 1-2 hours from store. No one ever called. Called back to 800 number another 3x with no resolve and was told store cancelled the install, then didn’t have tv, then no reason why. Huh?….. I could have taken tv with me in September. 2 days passed no one called. Drove 2.5 hrs to store each way. Spoke with Supervisor who advised really can’t help. Install now a 3rd party. What? You sell service, offering it non stop etc… Advised would inform manager of install and would call. Never called yet…4 days passed. This is a joke. I would have been better off buy at Walmart and have a local instal. This was an awful service. No one answers a call

Terrible customer service. Not knowledgeable about products they sell. Very pushey on what they think u want and not actually what u want. Looking to shop elsewhere. Very disappointing. Salesman left to answer a call n never came back to assist. Just ended up going home empty handed
