Really confused how I can be notified to pickup my order and when I do, the curbside delivery employee tells me that there is only 1 of 3 of my meta quest 3s in the bag. I said okay at first but then noticed my online order says I picked up all 3. I then checked the receipt which also says I picked up all 3 and that doesn't feel right so I went inside and after an employee at the register told me I would just receive another fulfillment request I asked for a manager. The manager when engaged barely paid attention to the employee or me and kept walking past as she said it'll be fine and to watch my email. Listen, Best Buy is a mega corporation, the fact alone that I wasn't provided with any proof, updated receipt or notice stating I only received 1 of my 3 paid for meta quest 3s is already absolutely unacceptable and feels like corporate robbery. Couple that with the poor communication and lack of care by the manager and excuse me for feeling like trust alone shouldn't be good enough when it's already been demonstrated that there's a lack of care from the staff.

Store employees are not properly trained on their departments. General manager thinks you are wasting his time when you explain what they could do better. I have no problem with Best Buy but it is better to take a trip to Appleton then there be even the slightest chance you have to deal with him if something should go wrong.

Extremely busy on black Friday but the service was spot on. In and out in about 20min with a new Samsung 65" qled for xmas.
