Jose and another fellow with incredibly rosy cheecks and smiling like a cherub worked with me for hours to do something incredibly cutting edge and not quite exactly a stated service to be sure I had a custom fix. Both my mother and I consistently regard this location as our safe space!

Awful experience at Best Buy. Got a 75 inch Samsung tv. Best Buy includes free delivery with all tvs 75in and larger. Had the delivery scheduled for the week after I bought it. The delivery window came and went. No tv. No call, nothing. Best Buy website said I should reschedule for over a month out. Best Buy app no help either. Went to the store and the person who sold me the tv said their delivery people apparently didn’t show up for work. All they did was apologize. I ended up renting a U-Haul as no vehicle I had was big enough to hold the tv strapped down vertically. Free shipping ended up costing me a $112 in rental fees and 25$ in gas. Really horrible Best Buy.
