I'm writing this here hoping someone at Best Buy sees it. Best buy has my money for a washer/dryer I want to keep. I don't want my money back. I want to stay loyal to my Minnesota company, but it's literally impossible to have it delivered and installed. Tomorrow I have to get a refund and I don't want to. The support is this network of disconnected people. Outsourced workers can do a great job, but when having a washer dryer installed in your house requires you to be transferred in one 2 hour phone call 5 times...it's impossible. Of the 5 departments there were drastically different levels of investment by the worker to get me a washer/dryer installed. The space has slightly different dimensions. It needs someone whose goal is to get me a washer dryer installed to take the lead and make it happen. I scheduled a person to come survey my house today to get it delivered on the 29. The appointments were switched to be delivered today, surveyed on the 29. If there was one person IN ANY COUNTRY that could have taken the lead, communicated with other departments, and gotten me a washer dryer installed in my house, Best Buy would have sold me a washer/dryer and maybe a dishwasher. But if a Minnesotan desperately wants to give thousands to her local company but can't make it work, my city's company isn't going to stay in business. My washer dryer is a lost cause. I have to start from square one and find handy people to install a washer/dryer I find at the cheapest place. But SOMEONE invested in Best Buy succeeding should review my interactions with support. You could use this to train people. Im so sad.

I bought a phone and a screen protector from this store. They asked me to pay $8 just to put the screen protector on my phone when I had a friend who also got his phone and the screen protector a week ago got helped to put on a screen protector for free. When I asked why he got it for free? Chris said that the employee didn't know what he was doing. So I went to my carrier t- mobile to get a sim card. They happily did it for free without any hesitation. That's a difference.
