Online pickup ready in 45 minutes. Pretty cool.
Ordered an item on their Free next day delivery offer. The next day, the item had not arrived by 9 pm, so I sent them a text about it. I was assured it would be there on time it never came.
The next morning, the day after it was to be delivered, I received a text informing me the carrier had just arrived at their store and was picking up the item.
I asked how this happened, they couldn’t provide an answer. It was evident, once the carrier had the item in their possession, it was no longer BBs problem. No explanation. No offer to investigate. Kept asking me if there was anything else I needed. Kept telling me if I was dissatisfied, I could return it for a refund.
My future business will be given to someone else. BB apparently doesn’t want it.
Edit: You've requested a reply from me to one of your Social Media accounts. I'm not a patron of any of the three platforms you listed - and I'm not going to become a member for this purpose. Please provide me a another way to contact you.
Edit 2: Contacting their Customer Service is a waste of time. You'll do down a deep rabbit hole trying to get help from someone on the far side of the world. Someone who won't be able to help you. I think BB does this just to get you to stop attempting to contact them and resolve the issue. I'm done with these clowns.
