Best Buy Richfield

Fantastic service here - I dropped in for a couple quick accessories, ran into a pricing problem (the register rang up a price that did not match the shelf price tag), and the workers here helped me figure out the problem & get the right price. Best Buy doesn't always have the best prices, but their service is top-notch and the workers are always quick to offer assistance, directions, and answers when asked. And money going into local workers' pockets is better than shipping it off elsewhere.

Chibuike, one of this store's managers, is the antithesis of a great human being who works hard at his job with pride. This outstanding gentleman immediately greeted me upon walking into the store today and asked if he could direct me anywhere. I actually did not know where I needed to go and appreciated his assistance. I had an issue with the national calling center that I got routed to after calling this establishments phone number a couple of nights ago. Chibuike intently listen to every word I said and after I finished speaking he immediately acted to make things right. Honestly, I was considering whether or not I was ever going to give this company my business again before speaking with this man today. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever had and probably ever will have. This man deserves any raises and promotions that are surely in his future! THANK YOU GREAT SIR and I will be in again to see you all soon.

Best Buy's flagship store- the corporate offices are visible from the parking lot. This store is treated like a flagship store. They always have the best selection, and the best service. When the Best Buy stores closer to me are out of something, the Richfield Best Buy always has it in stock.
