Love this store.
Big fan of Samsung products.
Only wish that the actual Samsung team didn't ignore me everytime I ask for help. One of the lady's takes pictures of us touching products but just ignores us and walks away. She is not always there but still. Everyone wearing blue shirts have been very helpful.

Bad customer service, I bought a 75-inch Samsung TV that came out in bad condition, on the screen it had many black spots, I showed up at the store and the manager told me that she could not help me and it was a noooo without any options to help me, I had a very ugly attitude, I had to call customer service through my cell phone and thank God they helped me very friendly people and took my case and evaluated it and approved the replacement, the manager of this store does not listen to customers think that one wants to take advantage of the situation which is not so

I came in there for a quick grab and go to buy a laptop took them forever to grab what they needed just to attend me it shouldn't take that long to grab a laptop and not only that other employees in the store just talk instead of assisting me after I asked them if they can help me because the other person was taking to long for something that could have taken like 5 min.
