I love this Best Buy location. Recently purchased a laptop to replace old one. The woman helping me was wonderful and knew her job. Then to Geek Squad where the man helping me was awesome. Even saw me earlier than my appointed time. So able to complete purchase and setup for data transfer in what felt like 30 minutes. Happiness all around!

They didn't have anything I needed on the shelf . Everything is either locked or lost in the warehouse . Store employees eventually helped me find the 3 items I was looking for but it took them at least 20 minutes. Buy online and store pick up instead so you don't waste your time!

Walked into the store with several thousand dollars in my pocket cash looking to purchase a car stereo speakers and a car vehicle alarm system. Went to the audio department requested assistance I stood and waited for 25 minutes with all employees who seen me going the other direction to avoid contact with me. I was standing so long that I had to go to the front and a request a manager. The quote young lady who I guess was a manager and a black shirt. Took me to a computer and then persisted to waste another 25 minutes trying to open the computer and look up information for car stereos to no prevail. I literally wasted 45 minutes of my time to get zero service. I used to work for this company this is unacceptable disgustingly unacceptable.... I will never shop at this location ever again and I would appreciate a call from someone from the corporate office. If I don't receive contact from some form of management from corporate I will probably never shop at this company again any location
