I was a little nervous about booking Best Buy for our dash camera install since we purchased the dash cams and hardwire kit elsewhere, but I’m so glad we did. GG installed the 3-camera dash cam system seamlessly and tucked all the wires. He took the time to let me choose the camera placement, shared his recommendations, and then gave a clear walkthrough on how to use everything afterward. Any wires that weren’t used were neatly put aside for me. The install looks clean and professional, and the price was unbeatable. I drove out of my way to this Best Buy and hoped for the best. We’re really grateful and couldn’t be happier with GG’s work.
Bonus: There is a comfortable seating area, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to explore while you wait for your service to be completed.

It had everything I wanted so I can honestly say I had a good experience
Fahad who works for AT&T inside the store is so helpful. I am an AT&T customer but he helped me with other BestBuy products that I’ve now purchased, quite happily. If the whole store had Fahad managing, your customer service would be 5-stars and protect your brand and loyalty. As someone who hires for a living, I’m all about customer service. As a consumer, ask for him for all your electronics needs. If you’re management reading this, trust me: you want to keep this guy and have him train your teams. The economy is rough. Feeling you are valued as a customer is what will (and does) make all the difference. Thank you for having him here to help me today!
