I went to return a defective device - overheating when being used and then because of it, the cell signal failed for a good while on a trip. Took it back and then the “geek squad” ran tests, not using it real world. Then, they charged me a return fee. What a joke. Not going back, this was a faulty device real world and still charge me to return it. Would highly recommend thinking twice before coming here. David was going to do a full refund then he said “my system auto changes” that is a lie. I have bought from here before. Such a blatant lie.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Best Buy, both in-store and with their credit services. I went to purchase a washer and dryer, and the employee assisting me strongly insisted that I apply for a Best Buy credit card. He was very pushy and did not clearly explain the terms, policies, or any important details of the application. On top of that, he charged me a $150 fee, which I later realized he pocketed for himself—something completely unethical and unacceptable.

They've made some store improvements recently. It no longer looks as if the store was closing and modernized it quite a bit.
