Do not shop here. Has been a horrible experience every single time; unprofessional employees - not updating stock listings online and very poor selection of products in store. The Schaumburg one is much better so you should shop there instead.

Ordered online from this location and was promised same day shipping. Ordered around 12PM-1PM and still was told my item would “arrive today”. Around 9PM same day the order was changed to arrive by Tuesday the 23rd, 2 days after the promised same day delivery and advertised delivery. I understand it is the holiday season and there are probably lots of orders but if you are going to advertise same day shipping make sure to advertise within your means. When I contacted support looking for their help getting my package the following morning on the 22nd or to receive compensation for the late delivery I got a rude employee who just told me that I was wrong and the delivery date was always actually the 23rd and when I challenged him that I was promised same day delivery he transferred me to another rep because he clearly didn’t want to deal with me and was caught lying. When I was talking with support person #2 they offered only an apology and told me the order would become a “rushed order”. Changing my order to a rushed order has done nothing the arrival of my item is still projected 2 days late and I was offered no store credit or other discount for the use of false advertising and/or late delivery.
