First time shopping at Best Buy and since I’m starting school in the spring I wanted a really good laptop and didn’t want to go to target or Walmart. I went in to buy the Lenovo - Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16" 2K Touchscreen Laptop - Intel Core Ultra 7 155U with 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Storm Grey and was unable to get any assistance. I stood back there for a good 30 min waiting for assistance after asking 2 different associates back there for help. Even after everyone was gone, not once did anyone come up to me and ask if I needed any help lol what a joke. Now granted I’m wearing joggers and crocs and wasn’t looking my best and I can only hope they weren’t judging by the way I was looking to determine if I would be spending money or not especially at this day and age. Will not be spending any money here. Will go to Apple instead ✌🏽

Walked in hoping to buy a tv and get out.
Instead I was stuck wondering around the store for ten minutes to find an associate. When I finally found someone, they told me to stand at Check out near the tv section and wait an extra 10 minutes until “someone” was available. At that point, I just went home without a TV. It’ll just be easier and just as fast to order it online at this store’s pace.
