Joe in home theater is very knowledgeable and was more than helpful in providing great advice for where my setup needs improvement. On top of his extensive knowledge of the various TVs (whether they were in the store or not) he helped me choose the one that PERFECTLY matched my needs along with a few upgrades for a gaming setup that were more than overdue. He made the process of re-opening my Best Buy card quick and painless and was able to get me in and out of the store in under an hour across SEVERAL visits during the BUSIEST days of the week!
Joe is super straightforward and very clearly cares about his sales position yet still takes the time to be personable and to talk to his guests like he would his friends, not just to close a sale and push someone out the door.
While I didn’t nearly get the same kind of interaction with most of the other staff there, Joe remains as the magnet to keep bringing me back for literally anything tech or home entertainment related. I will keep coming back! ❤️

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest Best Buy to where I live because the staff tends to be unfriendly.
