The Best Buy app showed that a phone case I was looking for was available at the Joliet location. I went to the store to find out that it was NOT. However, there was another color, same exact model, that was available. The color was not on sale, so I asked the employee if he can do a price match for it, for the same price as it was showing on the app. He said No, then tried to sell me the colored one for full price. I told him that it wasn’t worth it. He then pulled the scare tactic “Are you sure? This won’t last long here “. I just drove all the way to the store for it. I even dropped off empty ink cartridges for free, which Best Buy will make money off of. Bad experience.

Best buy is good but, they need to be more even with certain products. Example, they have more to choose from on iPhone products than Samsung.
