Orland Township is pleased to announce it’s partnership with Best Buy this spring.  Orland Township and Best Buy are collaborating to create free programs and services for the community, affecting the way Township residents learn, work, and live.  The goal of Orland Township and Best Buy, through the program, is to strengthen the community by fueling innovation in education and technology, while serving it’s needs.

During the Township’s relocation planning process it became a priority for the leaders of the institution to develop a technology based program for residents and as a result, a computer center was designed and created for Orland Township residents.

The time to implement this technology program and take advantage of the computer center has arrived.  Orland Township and Best Buy are giving residents the opportunity to complete a survey and voice their opinions.  Surveys are available on www.orlandtwp.org, at the Orland Township office, or  in store at the Orland Park Best Buy location.  The surveys will determine which technology issues are important to the township residents and what they would like to learn.  This direct feedback will be analyzed and used in the formulation of specific programs that will be offered at Orland Township.
