I showed up after work ready to buy Meta glasses. I realized that the employee that greeted me do NOT really want to greet me. (Brayden, I saw his ID) I had questions about the new Meta Glasses and instead of helping me with the questions I had just wanted to tell me what you didn’t have and basically kicked me out of your store. Horrible customer service. I’m sorry for showing up 30 mins before closing knowing what I wanted because I spent all day researching what I wanted and where to purchase from. This was horrible and also the 2nd worse experience I’ve had in a Best Buy store…

Sold me a bricked unit (second high dollar electronic I’ve purchased with Best Buy that was completely in-op out of the box). Wasted my time to come back only for them to ship out a new one at a later date with ZERO offer of compensation for wasted time. Do better, avoid Best Buy and spend your money elsewhere.
