Terrible don't buy a warranty here there don't honor it they send your product off then it expires then they don't want to exchange it will not shop here again !! Dustin is the manager so rude
I really dislike BestBuy. I don't like being asked to give a phone number when I buy an $8 USB cable. And, no, I don't want your $12 warranty on my $8 USB cable, either. I hate that they make their employees wear those blue shirts. I really don't like the experience.
But, if I have to visit a BestBuy, this Fairview Heights location is the best I've found... anywhere in the country... ever.
Their online inventory quotes seem accurate. They usually have few customers, so I dont have to wait. It's clean.
