We purchased a new freezer online to replace our old one. They hauled off the old one but the new one was delivered damaged and un-working. When we called to request another one they told us we would have to wait a week to get another one as we live in a rural area they only deliver once a week. We had 3 coolers of meat thawing out and could not wait that long for a new one. I went to the Fairview Heights store and was very upset with the whole thing and needed my freezer right away.
I am an extremely hard person to deal with when I am angry and after trying to get help from their horrible customer service number, I was indeed HOT! When I got to the store I spoke with an associate named Jo Jo and explained the problem. Jo Jo was very polite, and professional with a demeanor that helped calm my anger a bit. Jo Jo was unable to help and called for a manger named Dustin. Dustin and Jo Jo worked together to come up with a solution and was able to get the freezer delivered the next day.
If not for Dusin and Jo Jo's help I would have canceled the order and shopped elsewhere. They were so professional dealing with me, that by the time I left the store I was smiling and shaking hands with them both. To be clear I am NOT giving Best Buy 5 Stars, the positive review is directed to Dustin and Jo Jo who saved the day! I give Best Buy 1 star for their useless "Help Line". If you have a problem with an order DO NOT waste your time with their "Customer (dis)service" call center, save yourself an aneurysm and just go to the store directly.

We bought a range there, great product. The service for pick up just really good. We have made two purchases in the last 2 weeks and both times we came to pick up the merchandise the guys were really good about bringing it out and loading it up nice and safe
