Annie was the absolute rudest person I’ve interacted with in a hot minute. Saying no is absolutely fine saying “don’t you have a home” is not. It’s absolutely shameful and says a lot about them. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. She’s awful.

Refrigerator stopped working so i went on internet hoping for a deal August 25th 2026 found one $1045 headed straight to best buy, I showed sales guy the screen shot of fridge he located the Refrigerator marked down even lower $971 great price right, even sales guy was excited. Now time to do the deal. after adding up all the extras it was a little over $1200 and I seen it was rung it up for the internet price, I asked why can't I get it for the price the store has it marked as? he said he couldn't change it and could see if the manager would. She came and flat out said NO CANT DO IT AND WALK AWAY before I could say anything I'm like wow the store price is $971 and you won't honor your own price, I was shocked so I canceled the deal this isn't a business i want to do business with. The 1 star is for the sales guy offering to take off $40 for delivery.

Very disappointing with service at Best Buy. Purchased a new 65” Hisense tv yesterday. Employee laid flat in back of my car. Got home, pulled out of box, put legs on and power up. Screen comes on fine but won’t let me setup. Had a big yellow M in upper left corner. Quick search on issue and went through reset like 15 times with same thing. Called store I bought from and after about 30 minutes of No OnE Answering I hung up. It was like 730 so I get it. Call aHisense and they were no help either. Finally get through to Best Buy and lady was pretty understanding. Said they could come in 2 days, with replacement and take the old one. Didn’t want to wait so I told her I would exchange it today. Box tv back up, load it and return it. Get to store and employee helped unload it. Go through with exchange and guy tells me we can’t return it if it’s laid down. I tell them the guy that laid it down is right next to you. They agree to exchange after persuasion. They said next one won’t be. No problem how about just deliver it? Does 9/12 work for you? No im not waiting 2+ weeks for you to deliver a tv that’s 50Feet from me. I can order online and probably get it delivered tomorrow from your web site and a dozen others. Thanks but no thanks BestBuy.
