Amazing staff here at this outlet and very supportive. They helped me fix a last minute challenge when I ordered for a monitor some weeks ago with delayed delivery due to a bad weather. I saw all the effort they put in to get me sorted out and I really appreciated it.

I always have a great experience at Best Buy. I wish Best Buy had a quick pick up line for those transactions previously made and paid for online. It's always 20 minutes to get in and out.
Went to the Geek Sqad desk. Was going to sign in a the board at 12:40. The board was gone asked girl behind desk. She said no problem just have a seat. Sat there until 2:00. People kept coming in she would wait on them. I asked her what the deal was? She said, need to wait on appointments first. She should have told me that. I said so I could sit here all night. Going to cancel my Best Buy membership.

Very helpful staff when I went there for an emergency item that I needed so that my phone would work and stay charged (and I was about to go out of town) and the store was a bit out of my way and it was late at night (and not many cars in the parking lot since it was close to closing time), but I felt safe since they have security at the door and I was not only warmly greeted by the security person at the entrance, but also was given friendly, helpful service at checkout by the staff member there, so it was an overall great experience!
