This place became a joke lately. I used to love this place , shopped there a lot , but in recent times it’s a place to avoid. The store looks like is run down, not maintained at all , the atmosphere is dead, like walking through a graveyard, the inventory is sporadic and people if you want to order something it’s not in stock and available at the store. Before Christmas I purchased gaming pc for a present for my son. They had the tower and a mouse, the keyboard and the monitor ware not in stock. They said they will be delivered in a week and available for pick up at the store. I said ok , let’s do it , that works for me. Well did not turn ok , the keyboard was delivered on time but the monitor was and is still missing, good thing my son is understanding of the situation. Now the staff said that the monitor will be 2 weeks late , today I was passing by the store and stopped to double check the status of the monitor, the employee didn’t know anything about the 2 weeks and also said it might be extra month or more, when I asked them for a different monitor they were not responsive and didn’t care to help me out with the issue at all. The customer service was so bad and disappointing that makes me not to be a customer anymore. No wonder Best Buy is on the way out

If I could give zero stars, I would. What should have been a simple exchange turned into a mess due to employee and management incompetence. Two days after purchasing Meta Oakley HSTN glasses, I asked Joel to swap them out. Instead of processing an exchange or post-void, he mistakenly issued a refund, forcing me to pay again and wait for the refund to process. When the mistake was realized, manager Bobby claimed it was “too late” to do a post-void because the time window had expired—but that delay was caused by Joel making me wait while he helped another customer. During that time, no effort was made by management to step in and complete the void before the timer ran out. To make things worse, Joel later said only managers can do post-voids, which raises the question of why no manager was available to assist when there was a clear time limit. Overall, this was a poorly handled situation and a very bad customer experience.
