Great place for me to find some great gifts, just wish there was alittle more breathing room in-between getting asked if I needed help with anything.
I ordered a TV online, but when I went to pick it up, it wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. Terrell was extremely helpful in trying to help me get it into the vehicle, then later arranging for me to get it the next day instead. He never made me feel like I was being a bother, and was super nice. The associate who helped me the following day was very nice and helpful as well.
Unprofessional behavior from senior staff ruined the experience.
I visited this location recently to purchase a laptop. I was being helped by a newer employee who made an honest mistake by handing me the laptop directly rather than taking it to the counter. That wasn't a big deal to me—he was clearly learning.
However, another employee named Matt stepped in and the way he handled it was completely unacceptable. Instead of pulling the new employee aside and coaching him privately, Matt scolded him right in front of me with a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, Matt then turned that same disrespectful attitude toward me. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes when they are new, but there is no excuse for a senior employee to humiliate a coworker and disrespect a customer. I hope management speaks to Matt about his leadership and customer service skills.
Was in the Mishawaka location this evening. Cody who was at the geek desk took care of me - exceptional service. Very personable and extremely helpful. Totally enjoyed our conversation back and forth. He is above and beyond what is expected of an employee - I would give him 10 + stars. Just an exceptional employee - give him a raise!
