Bought a $400+ product online to pick up in store. The workers are a special kind of careless. They slapped the pick up sticker directly on the product box and now it’s ruined…. Some of us like to keep our stuff in absolutely pristine condition…. Ya know…. Because things hold resale value…. My very first thought would have been to slap it in a bag real quick and then put the sticker on that???? Most stores have to clearance items due to damaged boxes. Idk. Pretty messed up.
They didn't have what I was looking for, but friendly staff asked if they could help.
Awful experience with getting a car radio installed. I was given bad advice and wasted 3 hours driving to the store for an appointment due to incorrect install ordered through store. The store refused to right the situation and furthermore charged me hundreds more dollars due to their error.

I really hope it's true that all your phone calls are recorded for training ourposes because Zoey could teach a Master Class on this.
