It's a normal Best Buy. I was just browsing for TVs, and was asked if I needed help, but I only saw one salesperson on the floor during my hour there.
Matt, the manager or whatever, refused to help or even give me the slightest of discounts for my Switch 2 copy of Pokemon Legends Z-A that was missing its preorder bonus. He said he “accidentally” gave away my preorder bonus to another customer even though I had an email that stated it was ready for pickup. Poor management, unhelpful employees, and maybe even a hint of racism make me NEVER want to come back to this location. Another couple was able to get their preorder bonus right in front of me, but for me, there was no no aid whatsoever. Avoid this store and go to another Best Buy.
