Just went to pick up a laptop I ordered directly through Lenovo and unfortunately it wasn't ready for pickup yet after the corporate call center told me it was BUT the customer service was fantastic! No big deal if I have to wait a couple more days, but they tried everything to try to sort out the issue and were willing to find me a comparable laptop. The gentleman helping me (I wish I got his name for recognition, he had reddish/strawberry blonde hair) had tremendous customer service! He was very friendly and apologetic, doing everything he could to help me out.

The guy who sold me my tv said if I bought it that day I would still be able to come in on black Friday and get the black Friday price. Well turns out he lied to me. This guy who did that deserves to be fired and be forced to match my price cuz I wouldn't have bought the tv that day had I known. This is swindling
