Purchased an open box excellent condition Microsoft surface pro bundle including keyboard. When the order arrived it had no keyboard. I called the hotline for issues and they said go to the store and they would make it right. When I got to the store they said they could return it or give me $80 dollars towards a new keyboard and the keyboard is $180. So I ended up paying $100 more for what I had already bought. I expected more from best buy and I expected that they would make it right but they did not.
