Every time I come here it is the worst service I have ever received.
1st experience. I walked in looking for a hardwire kit for my dash cam. Couldn’t find it, I was already in the store for 15 minutes at this point. I decided to ask for help to see if I’m missing it. I asked an employee, and he said he would get someone for me. I waited 10 minutes, and I asked again. He said he would get someone. I waited another 15 minutes and no one would help. Just employees walking by me the whole time never asking if I need help. I ended up going to another store.
Yesterday, I moved into maple grove and we needed a TV. I went to Best Buy, and the employees have their headphones on, sitting on their phones. After we walked around, and no service was given to us because they were just sitting on their phones never looking up. I went over to him and asked for help. His reply was “ WHAT?! “. Really?!?! What?! I’m a customer asking for assistance in grabbing a tv and he never looked up once to help me. I asked him if he could grab a tv for us, since it wasn’t on the floor. He sighed, and said “ yeah give me a second “. So now it’s standard customer service to not help customers, and snap at customers who need help grabbing a TV? This store is awful.
If you need help with anything I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
