I just canceled my Best Buy contract. I was under the impression that Best Buy services Apple products. I went to geek squad with my Apple Watch, which needs a battery and I was told they no longer service Apple products. So what’s the point of being one of their members. I see that they still advertise that they are official Apple product service. So either the advertising is lying or the young man I spoke to there is lying. I was very irritated.

I want to cancell my geek squad contract. Tried doing on line, they were going to text me a code number to my cell phone to use. Never came through. Twice . Then I tried calling, received message " please hold for the next available agent". Got tired of excessive (IMHO) holding, did this for sales , geek squad, finance, tech support, customer service, received same message, I waited. Then I tried calling HEADQUARTERS - GM, COMPLAINT DEPT., same message, waited a while, then hung up. You would think their headquarters would be more responsive. Very frustrating. Just glad I wasn't waiting to make an "appointment" to have my laptop repaired.
