I wish I could give a zero star or a negative 5 star review. This best buy is the worst store I've ever been to. This store is over staffed and the employees are completely clueless. If you ask anyone of the employees or "managers" about a specific item they walk away from you and look it up on a computer then try to explain it to you. 99% of the time they can't even explain it correctly and give you misinformation. I was in the store for literally 5 minutes and I'm not kidding when I say 10-12 DIFFERENT employees approached me and asked if I needed help. The other employees were just standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. You definitely don't want to pick up anything to get a good look or read the content. The employees will stand within 5 feet of you and just stare straight at you. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and the way they just stared at me was so creepy. I worked in retail for 15 yrs and understand that they dont want people stealing, but the way they just stand there and glare at you is just so weird. I can't put into words how uncomfortable I was and how creeped out i felt. I had to leave immediately because I started to have a full on panic attack. I will NEVER step foot in this store again.

very rude employees. they follow you and rubberneck everything you do at the store. they make you feel like a criminal. once i picked up a game and an employee stood 5 feey from me and just stared at me. if you ask a question they barely know what your talking about and tell you to just "look it up yourself". I skip this store whenever I can.
