You can no longer call location to ask about availability of certain items, wasting precious time and expensive gad just to find out if an item is available or on sale at any best buy location. I don't recommend doing business with best buy given this anti consumer and unprofessional policy

Employee sold me a satellite radio for my wifes bday. Then told me I needed the "Home Docking Station" which he helped me order while I was in the store. This was May 28th. Fast forward to July 4th (my wifes bday) and they are not compatible with each other. Will not return because its been over 15 days. If they dont know what they're selling they should pass it off to someone who does. Very frustrated and out $90.
