This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.. They keep hanging up on me after 20 minute holds. They told me to call a number and nobody answers. At this point I want to cancel my order. Walmart was only $100 more and I wouldn't have to deal with all of this.
** I cannot reply but thank you for that information. The team on social media helped me CANCEL my order and I stand by my review. They have HORRIBLE customer service.. I think from a foreign country and they hang up on you. I ended up getting my appliances from Lowe's.

Would never buy a laptop or computer from any place else! All the sales people are very knowledgeable and helped me buy a computer within my budget. I went in in with all the information I could find on chatgpt about one particular computer tower and Kevin who is absolutely brilliant, found me a better computer at the same price during Black Friday deals.!
