Rui & Aiden are some of the of the most helpful & hard working people working. Highly recommend if you can ask for them.
I never leave negative reviews and typically just take it on the chin but my experience in this store tonight was just atrocious. On the Best Buy website, there is a promotion for recycling “any” PC accessory for a 20% off coupon toward a Logitech accessory. It was literally on the products website. I go to the store and wait in line for 5 minutes while one person served a couple for a credit card application. Meanwhile, the manager is walking by all the registers shutting them down (mind you, it’s an hour before closing). Finally he asks me if I need help. I approach the register and explain the promotion and he says that he needs to call someone else who can do the transaction. Another 10 minutes goes by while I’m alone at the register. Finally, I approach someone in the front of the store and ask if they can get someone to help. A minute later someone approaches who also doesn’t know how to process the transaction and calls the manager back to the register again. The manager hits a few keys on the keyboard and says I can’t help you since they can’t look up the brand of the accessory being traded in for a value. IT’S A RECYCLING PROGRAM NOT A TRADE IN PROGRAM. The promotion literally says “Recycle and save 20%
Bring any old, unusable PC accessory or PC gaming accessory to a Best Buy store to recycle it, then save 20% on your new Logitech accessory
purchase. Simply take your old accessory to Customer Service in a Best Buy store to receive your coupon.”
I walked away without buying anything and find it unimaginable that they would lose a sale and a customer over a $14 discount that they advertised. Unbelievable. I’ll be buying it from Amazon and be glad to pay full price. Best Buy lost a customer.
Great place for all of your electronics
