Rudest store ever one of the workers run up and locked the door on me and 2 other customers that were walking up to the door, he didn’t say a word just shut the doors and locked them quickly,it was only 7:58 and I was coming in to buy a specific $1000 smart tv but now I will be going to a different store and I will never shop at the Spokane valley Best Buy ever again.

I came in looking for help with a phone accessory, the employee that stands at the entrance, who was doing absolutely nothing told me that "Winona" had left for the day but if I still wanted help, I could stand in line at the customer service desk and they might be able to tell me if they had it. He couldn't even be bothered to call someone on his radio to help me. I have spent a lot of money in this store and the customer service is usually great but if this gentleman is an example of the standards you are allowing now, I won't be coming back. Absolutely pathetic service.

Refunds are only 2 weeks NOT 30 days. They do NOT tell you this at purchase. No exceptions. Buy at your own peril.
