I went in to visit the geek squad because I had made a mistake trying to fix my gpu on my laptop. I didn’t make an appointment beforehand but they were able to get me in within an hour. A young blonde man in glasses was able to fix my laptop within 30 minutes and explained to me exactly what was wrong and what had happened. He also gave me advice on what I need to be able to run larger games without pushing any sort of sale on me. Last geek squad I went to in my home town, they told me they couldn’t work on my computer and sent me away. 10/10 experience, very knowledgeable employees, and great customer service. Also said nothing about my winrar and the games still ran after lol.

If I could give LESS than a star I would! A few months ago we were in there looking for the new iPhone. The guy didn’t have any information about them, seemed completely disinterested in helping us. About a month later We bought a Mac laptop and we were directed to Amazon for a screen protector instead of the ones in the store. Then today, my husband went in looking for two e bikes… the same guy wouldn’t help and was completely DISINTERESTED again in helping.
Mannnn, I don’t know what’s going on in Bellingham…. But yall need to do better!!! There are tons of people willing to work.. why don’t you hire them instead of the lazy ones that are in there now!!! I just can’t believe this is how yall are doing business… employees have no idea what’s in the store, they have no idea how any of it works, (not that you need to know every single thing but a little knowledge of where items are would be helpful!), and what’s worst—-is they couldn’t care less about customer service. They’re clocked in, getting paid and that’s all that matters I guess.
