Very convenient location, good service. Store layout could be better, but when used as a pickup location for Samsung items/Best buy online orders, it is perfect. I've bought TVs, phones, watches, etc. from this location and it has been great. I have not had a bad experience from this Best Buy, only when the site says they have something in stock, and they do not have in stock (their open box items are sometimes at best).

I can’t say enough about the great service that we’ve experienced at this store on Youree Dr Shreveport! From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and asked about our needs,we were then connected to a sales professional Randy,in the TV area to assist us with our selection.They were so helpful with all our questions and guided us to the perfect television.We purchased a 75” TV and arranged for delivery.We were delivered today and upon delivery it was determined that we would benefit from having it installed.The techs Seth and Peyton adjusted their schedule and accommodated our needs.They were excellent at what they did,explaining the remotes and the features,they took their time and were very respectful and friendly.They left us with their card and instructed us to feel free to call with any concerns.All in all the total experience was pleasant,efficient and sastifying! We would highly recommend Best Buy on Youree Dr.Shreveport for all of your needs,great staff and techs…oh and the TV IS AWESOME!!!😎
