GEEK SQUAD REVIEW: Went down there and was sitting at the counter waiting at the geek squad area. I had about 6 employees walk past me without even batting an eye, no one said a word to me. Would NOT recommend coming here to get something fixed. I literally waited 20 minutes and NO ONE helped me. The manager will be hearing from me tomorrow. The geek squad’s customer service is shitty. I love this Best Buy and it’s an amazing store but this experience was terrible. So finally I left. I will recommend going somewhere that has competent employees

Customer service gentleman was awesome explained about the different Samsung TV's . Which was a big help.
So far we purchased a 75" 4k smart TV (through Best Buy on Amazon) last week, and picked up a 55" 4k TV for the bedroom today. Going to do the swap after having a quick bite which I imagine will go as quick as the sale. The 75" tv with a new 7.1 digital surround sound and Govee LED backlighting makes for an amazing experience. (Better than going to the theatre!) We also just ordered new theatre seating that recline, heat, and massage! God Bless bitcoin...
