Great service the rep helped us out and answered every question
Worst experience ever! I tried to call the store in Puyallup Washington and no matter what I did it put me through to their call center. That does me no good. I have cash and I'm going to buy a laptop for my daughter for college they only have one left and I'm just trying to make sure that they can hold it for an hour. I was told that there's no way to contact anybody inside the stores anymore and that even if there was there's no way that they could hold it for me without me paying for it first. I wasn't going to do that because my wife tried to do that this morning and they overdrafted her account. I said well look if I could talk to somebody inside the store I know I could get them to just hold it for me for an hour and she said no you can't. I said well then that would be the worst possible customer service ever! I'm still going to go there because my daughter needs this laptop so she can succeed in college. I'm going to complain while I'm there as well. If they tell me the same thing in the store I'm just going to be appalled just flabbergasted!

I went in for a specialty cord. Explained to the associate what the cord would be used for, he handed me a box. The cord I purchased is incorrect, will not work for the purpose intended, and when I tried to call to ask after certain information pertaining to replacing the cord, I was affronted by an incredibly unintuitive system that would not accept 'customer service'. My money is hard earned, and truth be told, I expect an associate who places a product in my hands to be correct the first time. I will return for a refund and then never again
Genuinely a good best buy, everyone I met there was friendly and helpful and cares about your time especially if you're in a rush.
My only qualm has nothing to do with the Location, it's that they removed the ability to be able to call the store directly which makes it so you are forced to go in if you have any quick questions that are location specific which I think is a terrible practice.
