Recently, I desperately needed to find a connector for my chromebook and printer. When I went to the customer service desk to ask for help, a young man named Shemar walked with me and selected the correct cord. I then asked for help/advice about another technology issue, and he was extremely helpful while answering my questions and offering suggestions about where I could get the assistance I needed. I appreciated how professional and personable Shemar was. I wish I could say the same for customer service employees at other stores.
Geek Squad fixed my phone. Very timely,even without APT AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
So this review is way late in coming but now that I have seen the total lack of quality control their installations team has i5 must be written. About 3 years ago I purchased a whole new setup for my Magnum. Alarm, remote start, touchscreen deck and backup camera. Within days I was having electrical problems. Best Buy supposedly fixed those when I brought my car back. A month later more of the same. Took my car to a real professional to find out the viper alarm and remote start were not properly connected which was causing a short. This after it fried my car battery. Ok lesson learned, do not use Best Buy installers. Last week i went to push a button on my touch screen Kenwood deck they installed and it pushed straight into the dash. Pull off the bezel to find out the lazy installations team didn't bother to instal the support plates that are in the metra installation kit they charged me a premium for. Literally 4 screws. They were too lazy to put on a plate with 4 screws. I am amazed the plastic didn't break long before this as my deck has not been properly supported ever. This is the 2nd vehicle i have taken to them and gotten neat the absolutely laziest and must shoddy level of workmanship. I had hoped the Tacoma mall locations failure was just a one off so o came to the Puyallup one instead. It's not, it's all of Best Buy. I will never do business with Best Buy ever again for any reason. I canceled my membership with them and for the rest of my life I will avoid this company.

Went in to get help with my PC at Geek Squad, they were very friendly and helpful (It was more worth it to buy a new PC)
We went to the PC section where Daniel helped us (we knew nothing about PCs) and he was extremely helpful and explained every part of the PC and what we should get based on the games we want to play and budget, basically the best customer service experience I've had.
