Went in to purchase an Asus gaming laptop, as I found a good deal on an open box option at this location. The laptop was considered "Good" condition. So, I purchase it online, schedule for pick up and bring it back home. Upon unboxing, some of the internal packaging was missing, but this is expected for their "Good" condition category. But then, when removing the laptop itself from the packaging, it was extremely dirty, had dents on the back of the screen, and the trackpad was literally coming off of the laptop (see image). The fact that they sold this laptop at all, let alone listed as "Good" condition is extremely concerning. I then went to return it the following day at my local Best Buy. They took one look at it and said they wouldn't be selling it at all, and it clearly needs to be repaired. Upside is that customer service was excellent in relation to my brief pickup experience.
Pat in Car Audio Installation is the best in the business. I made the mistake of going to Federal Way Best Buy to get a few things installed and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. They broke my amp and taped the amp controle switch the the bottom of the dash. Didn't explain anything and it didn't work when I left. Pat took his time and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. He's my go to guy for car audio. Thanks Pat!!
Called the store and asked if they had any pokemon in stock. Was told there was journey together and prismatic in stock. Went to the store and they then said they had none for weeks. Either the pokemon are being backdoored, or theyre lying so they dont have to do their jobs correctly. Waste of time, and a waste of gas.
