I have been a loyal customer for a few years at this location. I got lied to about a zagg ipad screen protector replacement. They did not give me a replacement when I purchased the warranty from one of there teamworkers that gave false information on how to get my replacement . They also had me to go to the zagg kiosk at the tacoma Mall where i found out it was not free like they said , I will not be going to this location again. I called Customer service and the associate saw the warranty and said that the store was authorized to give a replacement because I bought the warranty I had to call a separate department to request a refund for the warranty I purchased which I did not get .

I had an awful experience at the AT&T inside this Best Buy. Angel Cuadros gave me nothing but misinformation. Not only was my bill double what he said but he told me I needed to make a down payment on my devices which I was ok with but I only had cash. He told me that he isn’t suppose to take cash payments for transactions but because he was the manager he would allow it but I needed to follow him outside so his co worker who was supposedly in training would not think taking cash payments was a process he could do because only managers can override the system to take cash payments in certain situations. I thought it was weird but then again I knew Best Buy has cameras near the entrance so I found it hard to believe he would be doing FRAUD. However I was wrong I never received the email receipt he told me was being processed. I went to another AT&T location to get clarification on why I was being charged such high amounts and when I explained what I was promised and who helped me they informed me that unfortunately this individual has been getting many complaints for fraud at their store.

Every best buy is occupied by employees that want to be in customer service but dont actually have to be in customer service.lol
