I've had a Total Tech membership for years and I can't recommend it enough. It covers all computers, phones, anything they can remote into in my household 24/7. They usually fix the problem while I go about my business and they contact me when they're done. John and Greg at the Federal Way store went above and beyond for me last weekend. Saves me tons of time, money and frustration. Thank you!
The AfroAmerican Lady working the SAMSUNG Table is amazing. 2nd time seeing her and she is very helpful and kind. Hope they promote her one day & with good pay raise. (Courtney, if am not wrong)
The tech gave me a 3 hour window and I left after 6. Watched him talk and eat his lunch. Then he broke my bran new amp and charged me $140 for another one. Something happened between paying and leaving and now I get no music from the Bluetooth feature. So the whole day was a pain in the a$ and worthless. I will NEVER.. I mean EVER use the Federal Way location for anything car audio related. Puyallup Best Buy is the way to go.
