This is the worst Best Buy I have ever been too, the dark lady at customer service with glasses and short white hair was totally disrespectful and didn’t want to do her job, and was cursing like if we were in the hood. if you can’t deal with customers then don’t work in customer service, simple as that.

Customer service was amazing and friendly. Walked in looking for a printer. The first person got in the right die and radioed to another that I was coming. The second person was their I told him which one I was looking for and withing 2 seconds I had the product in my hand.
