Safil is honestly amazing! I used to hate coming to this location because the staff were often dismissive, unwelcoming, and not very helpful. However, Safil has completely changed my experience. She is always welcoming, patient, kind, professional, and extremely helpful. She takes the time to listen, answers every question thoroughly, and makes customers feel valued instead of like a bother. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stand out.
I am only giving this location five stars because of Safil and the excellent service she consistently provides. She is a major asset to this location and deserves to be recognized for always going above and beyond. Thank you, Safil I truly appreciate you!
