I don't care for Best Buy in general. This particular one is very dated and could use a refresh.I've just never really cared for their customer service, prices. Return policies.t This place did nothing to change my perspective.

What a miserable Best Buy location.
Not only did the employee act like I was bothering them when asking for help but I drove an hour for an open box Galaxy Watch listed in excellent condition which according to Bestbuy.com it "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories"
Well imagine my surprise when I arrive and see a Watch in a plastic bag with no packaging or accessories.
Not a deal breaker if the price reflects it so after a little back and forth the employee says he'll go ask his GM.
He comes back and says there's nothing he can do about it.
Thanks for wasting my time and not doing right by the customer.
(4/8/25 around 10:05a. Not that it sounds like GM will care to improve anything)
