Bought a 75" TV a week ago, unfortonately it broke and went back to return it. They rejected my return because it was opened and damaged. Keep in mind they have a 15 day and 30 day return policy written on the reciept, what they don't mention is that for opened and damaged items the policy is reduced to 3 days. 3 DAYS!!!! after purchase. I could of bought this TV on Amazon or Walmart and returned it no problem (its only been a week after purchase). God forbid you buy something expensive on sunday, it breaks for whatever reason, you goto work M-F thinking you'll return it next weekend and Best Buy doesn't want to accept it back. Now I'm stuck with broken TV and down $450, and they just lost a customer for life. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from bestbuy (even a flea market has better return policys).
Very nice experience. Great interactions with employees.
Geek squad is horrible, they don’t know what they’re doing,go somewhere else.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Paul!
I had a fantastic experience thanks to Paul at Best Buy. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I needed, and helped me with my pick up
What stood out most was how patient and respectful he was throughout the entire process. You can tell he really cares about customers and knows his stuff. If you're heading to Best Buy, definitely ask for Paul. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. GIVE THAT MAN RAISE!!!
Thanks again, Paul!
