Absolute worst experience in a retail location in a long time. Absolutely dismissive and rude staff, absolutely disrespectful conduct by the man at the door with advisor on his tag. Would not recommend going here if you don't pull up in a bentley.
Jokes on them, I went in here to get a full audio system for five different vehicles I'm restoring. That's head units, wiring, stereo amplifier, subwoofer, the whole nine. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Honestly, I couldn't give a reason to continue shopping at Best Buy. For convenience reasons other stores like Costco have a way better customer service/return policy, and online will always be better if price is a concern. The only possible exception being the open box deals for TVs. Its only fair to note that I might be bias because Best Buy recently made me go through Google three weeks after purchase to get it replaced, and I'm now regretting not have saving a couple hundred if I don't even have a month to replace a defective electronic.

Had technical problems with my email and my storage on my phone with photos. And I went to the Geek Squad, met a gentleman named Stephen, who. By the way, is brilliant and decide to sign up for the $180.00 and you will yearly membership based upon my experience, it will be well worth it.Go give them a try.They're also looking for some help if you have the skills and the work ethic.
They will break your phone and claim it was water damage. Total waste of time and money. Had a perfectly functioning phone until they tried to “fix” it now the screen has lines through it and they claim they cannot do anything about it. I would recommend getting all electronic products from anyone else
