On November 11, 2025 @ approximately 10:30am I arrived at Best Buy to pickup a Roadie order. The first young lady that helped had no knowledge of how to help me, she wasn’t inquiring any help also. I eventually got a what I assumed to be a floor manager. He asked me what pickup am I getting. I informed him it was roadie & he instructed me to just go around back. I drove to the back, I couldn’t find it. So I went into the geek squad part & was told it was a door over. So after 10 minutes I was able to find it. It said shoot on the door. It didn’t have any signs & when I went back in to ask for more help. There was older gentleman, very rude & not helpful at all. There needs to be signs to indicate where to go. & the entire staff needs to get trained on Roadie & how to give good customer service. The experience has made me come to conclusion that I will never make another purchase with Best Buy

They didn’t have what I needed but the staff was very friendly and gave me a suggestion of where I may find it
