Wilson is one fabulous though overworked technician with geek squad. He and a coworker are responsible for six counties! He called me before coming and then fixed my sound system so now it works. I am impressed with his work ethic and care for his work. Not so pleased with the complicated process required to get help from Best Buy…it takes a lot of time and effort!
