Bought a refrigerator from manager Kyle. Delivered and item not working. Returned same day by the delivery drivers. Was suppose to be issued a return (obviously) but was never returned properly by management. Now in a dispute with Best Buy corporate(being handled). Love Best Buy, stay away from this store, should not have had to go this far.

Best Buy is a good store. They greet you as you come into the front store as actually greet you and ask if there is anything they can help you with. This makes your shopping experience faster as they direct you where you should go to find what you want. Myself personally I like to walk around and shop and just find what I want. They have a great selection of electronic equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable also.

This best buy sucks. I'll never go to another best buy in my life. I went there today with my disabled daughter. And micha was texting another guy in the store. My daughter is disabled she has a walker. And stuff she wanted come to a grand. He kept asking me over and over for my info when my daughter couldn't get credit there. I told my daughter her credit had to be good before take it home for like the pay off. The guy said no. So he lied about that. Then asked me again for my info I said no. The smerk on his face and texting and looking at my kid when he did. It told me everything. So I told my daughter let's leave before I snap. And it was like around noon or 1 pm on this day of Oct 4th 2026. If I would of snap. Rib MTN wi.
