Had a great experience sales associate was very helpful when I first walked in. I was directed to the wrong location, but another sales associate quickly redeemed my search and took me directly to my item. Now that’s a Best Buy.

The store was mediocre. Very little on the shelves, staff who were disinterested and unknowledgeable about their stock. The most industrious member of the staff was the young man who handled my return and he was hampered by the requirement that he completely unpack and inventory every single part of the stereo turntable I had carefully packed.

by far the worst geek squad won't fix or replace there mistakes DON'T TRY CALLING THE 800 NUMBER EITHER THEY BARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH AND WON'T HELP AT ALL
