What a joke! I walked in knowing what I needed for a doordash order. 3 staff upfront, one asked what I needed I showed her, she point to where I needed to go and said someone will be over to help me in a few. I was thinking perfect store is empty I can get this item quickly and be on my way. Meanwhile I looked for the item I needed and couldnt find it after 10 minutes I looked up and saw staff all over. 3 at the service center(1 helping a customer), 4 upfront(at this point, cashier was checking 1 person out), 2 over at computers(both helping customer). Mind you this was just what was within my eye sight. I then said "hey, can someone help me? I have been waiting patiently and yall are just standing there. Who is supposed to help me??" I was then told everyone was busy so I left WITHOUT the $100.00 item that was in-stock because I couldnt get help unfortunately to find it.

I purchased the $30 screen protector from the Best Buy on Bay Road. The sales associate assured me this was the best way to go, if the screen protector gets cracked bring it in. They will just exchange it out and place the new one on for me. I came in today went to the customer center. I was the only customer at the counter nobody in line so the girl came up asked me how can she help me? I told her what it was. She told me she will look up my receipt. Another customer comes up and say he was here for a pick up. She then told me “I will finish helping you after I help him”. How is it that you’re already helping me but now I gotta wait for you to help another customer very dismissive very demeaning very hurtful. Poor customer service. I’ve been in customer service management for over 30 years and not only was it hurtful receiving that customer service I would never want my team members to treat a customer in such a way. It is important for customer service to be efficient, attentive, and respectful to all customers. By prioritizing one customer over another, the girl at the counter displayed a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. This type of behavior can harm a company's reputation and impact customer loyalty. It is important for all employees to understand the value of each customer and strive to provide the best possible service to everyone.

Hard sell n the credit card seems more important than customer service. Finally got someone to help us then he disappeared lol
