I pre-ordered the new Pokemon z a game but I am very very unhappy with this company first I tried to a little over a month ago order it online then it kept telling me I had to not that I could but had to get the credit card just to order it online which I didn't want to do that but I wanted to order through this company just to get that free mat that comes with it from you guys so I get to the store a nice but very new cashier help me even though she obviously didn't know what she was doing and wasn't trained well enough and I asked her does the mat come with it when I pre-order in store because that's the only reason why I'm even using this store and she said yes it definitely will and how it showed up on her computer but then when I go to pick it up today apparently I don't get it because I wasn't allowed to have it if I pre-ordered in store which makes no sense to me if you're offering it for people actually offer it I live in Auburn work in Bay City do you know how much gas I had to waste to not just come pick up the game but to go order it now I feel like I am out of $45 because this company can't even pre-order games right or advertise things right I'm glad I wasted my gas money my time and my effort to support a company that no matter what has gone South in the last 20 years this is why my sister told me not to order through you guys this is why my dad told me not to order through you guys let's just say this company really needs to get shut down because of false advertisement as well as not telling the customer the real facts but giving fake promises just to get them to pre-order things through this company. I can't believe I wasted $15 on gas and then got chipped on not being able to get $30 gaming mat that I was so looking forward to just to be told no you only get the game by a very nice customer service person who did not deserve any attitude if I gave him any just find out the general manager said no I didn't do it right I'm sorry I don't want your credit card after I've had multiple department stores like your credit card get hacked into and identity stolen I'm not risking that again and to make people risk that just so they can pre-order something not okay... I hope Best buy gets canceled

Hello, It can be difficult when your order does not come with pre-order bonus content. The bonus items are limited in supply and are applied to pre-orders in the order that they are received. They will automatically attach to your order to confirm that you are receiving the bonus, no matter how you decide to pre-order. Cashier at register was extremely rude she did not greet me or say hi how are you doing today she said next with no smile on her face like I was bothering her I asked a question ⁉️ and she was very short and mean with her answer I think she could be a manager her hair is blond she wears glasses 🕶️ and she is a little older every one else in the store was nice to me but she doesn't need to make contact with customers I could have just easily spent my money at Amazon and I wouldn't have gotten the rude treatment she needs to be retrained in customer service because she will run off the good customers acting like that like she is doing us a favor we are the ones spending money giving her a job to do

A BIG Fat 0 if I could!! Had my shipping address wrong! And I kept telling them that, they never fixed it! I had to drive two hours one way and sit in my old apartment complex for 3 hours for my 799.00 cell phone because of incompetent people, either can't understand them or they don't know their jobs period!! My advice don't!! Also if you try to call the store you cannot speak to an actual person and when you do they live in India or some other foreign countries and ya can't understand em! Good luck getting any customer support!! Again just don't!! Closed my account with them after almost 10 years!!! Worst customer experience I have ever had! And Best Buy don't tell me to contact you, I wasted enough time in just my phone issue like 9 hours for it to still go to an address 3 hours away!! Already deleted my account and closed it!!! People watch it, customer service here is abhorrent The incompetent people are mind blowing
