The staff has always been very kind and helpful, with the exception of one older, shorter gentleman who wears glasses. I’ve interacted with him twice, with some time in between, and both times his responses made it seem like he didn’t care and left me feeling belittled, even though my questions were genuine.
He comes across as the kind of salesman who makes you feel like you’re wasting his time and unlikely to make a purchase. I’m genuinely offended by this gentleman’s attitude and sincerely hope Best Buy addresses this. At the very least, he should be expected to treat customers with the same respect and professionalism shown by the rest of the staff.
Even one time while I was making a purchase and entering my SSN to their POS machine to open my account, instead of looking elsewhere he was looking straight in that machine while I type my SSN. My wife spotted him doing that multiple times as there was technical issue at BestBuy servers and i had to enter it multiple times. I mean you’re not suppose to do that man. At least have basic ethics!!
I’ve made many purchases from Best Buy, both online and in-store, but due to the negative experience I’ve had with this individual, I’m seriously reconsidering making any future purchases.
Came in looking for a tv and a blender and Johnny helped me out. Johnny found a tv that was perfect for me and also a tv mount that I needed. By far some of the best customer service I've received at a bestbuy will definitely be coming back here. Ran into some issues with my bestbuy card being closed and he easily helped me reopen my account without any hassle and made the whole experience wonderful. Thanks for all your help Johnny. I'll be recommending this store to anyone that needs to to buy any electronics.
Very racist, this store watches black & Latino americans as if they are going to steal. Then no other attention/ customer service offered.
