I was in the day before Thanksgiving to buy a phone. The manager that helped me was friendly. He set me up. Later, I came back because I was having trouble switching my contacts over. A gentleman with a cane helped me. Again, he was very friendly. I then came back last night. I had more questions I got another guy. This 3rd person was rude and condescending. That kind of attitude has no place in retail. The 3rd has no place in retail and definitely should not be in electronics.

I have always had good experience at the best buy on east beltline I purchased some headphones and the salesperson was nice the cashier was busy and another one came over to help
Customer Service is awful. Had a GPU shipped to my home and the package wasnt delievered due to the driver running out of time. So my expensive video card is going to get jostled and thrown around in shipping for another day. Best Buy has this excellent policy where they dont allow you control of your package. Fedex says Bestbuy has to give authority to freeze a package for pickup at their facility. Upon calling bestbuy to have them iniate a freeze they told me they cannot. Absolutely abismal customer service. I refuse to shop anything bestbuy in the future.
