Bought 2 headsets three hours ago. They're genuinely asking me to just wait in the parking lot for hours for them to go get the items from the back. The first time I went in, I was sent away and they didn't even tell me that the items were being held for some stupid check and that I had to go and deal with more nonsense in the app JUST TO PICK UP AN ITEM I PURCHASED. I genuinely feel like the staff DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME I've been asked to leave and return on another day, or cancel the purchase and rebuy it like I have an extra grand laying around ALL BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO JUST GO COLLECT THE ITEM. Lazy disinterested unhelpful inexperienced slow. Insane that they're still in business.
