Outside of the wonderful young lady that greeted me at the door. The staff appear to be more concerned with talking to each other than actually "Working".
I'm not asking you to hassle me and try to sell me every product, but having to walk up to a group of 4 men, all dressed as if they're working, and having to ask for assistance, just to only truly be "greeted" and acknowledged by one, is very unsettling.
Just hang out in the back or something. But give a raise to the young lady in the front.
Poor customer service. I did not care for how business is conducted.
