Great customer experience.Great customer service would recommend to everyone
Bought a TP- Link router for $130. Worked for 3 days then dropped all devices. Called mfg who put me through two weeks of adjustments. Adjustments also slowed the internet speed by half and then dropped all devices. Finally said it was defective. After paying a placement fee and waiting 10 days, sent a new router. Same thing happened with second unit. Mfg wants me to try more ‘electronic’ hoops I am not qualified to do. After two months of trying to solve on my own went to store .. store said past the 14 day return; and since I did t buy Geek squad extra warranty, Best Buy cannot and will not help. I feel ripped off by Best Buy, they sent me away and I am out the money.
Update: contacted Best Buy on social media as indicated; apparently didn’t read my review, and repeated their return policy, and said.. have a nice day, can’t help, talk to manufacturer. The product wasn’t declared defective till after 14 days! Very poor customer oriented attitude. Beware folks they just want your extended up charges!
