Bought an open box computer that was supposed to be reset and updated, and It totally crashed upon start up. Wasted my time and not even a deal offered to compensate me for my time. I live 40 minutes away. Lapeer K&L

I went in this location on Sunday 4/27/25 looking to buy a surveillance system for my business. I looked around at the large selection and decided to talk to the staff to see which system best fit my needs. I noticed a large number of employees on shift. Some socializing in small groups of 2 or 3. One walked past and asked the guy in the aisle behind me if he was finding everything OK. Didn't even look at me. I stood there at the night owl display for 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Some of these clowns were looking right at me. So I finally walked to where the greeter/Security guard sits and plays with his phone and asked if he would find me someone to answer my questions. About 3 minutes later 2 dudes walk up to help but they didn't know anything about the systems. They tried to answer some basic questions but really didn't know much. So I stood around and googled a few things and decided to buy 2 night owl systems. As I did my research in th aisle I could literally see employees watching me like hawks as if I was about to steal. I ended up spending $900 in a store that treated me like a nuisance or a thief. Fast forward 2 days to Tuesday 4/29/25 i needed to go back and buy 4 more cameras and this time it was worse than last time. I thought maybe I caught them on an off day last time. Boy was wrong. This is how they conduct business every day! It really takes alot for me to write a negative review and it's very rare that I do. But this place deserves it. Especially the tall dude who walks around asking if people need help but doesn't help with anything!
