Showed up 5 minutes before thy were closing, my router and cable modem got wiped out by a lightning strike... I was desperate to regain access to the internet.
I feel as though they sold me TOO much for what I was trying to achieve at the moment, but honestly I don't care... they stayed after hours to help me out and that says a lot about the dedication of the staff here.
Did I get taken for a ride? Perhaps, but I don't care... I was back on the net in 20 minutes after I got home.
