Purchased an open box laptop in "good" condition. Best buys description says that a an open box item in good condition may be missing NON ESSENTIAL accessories. When I went to pick up my purchase I was that it was missing the charging cable. No offer to simply give me a free third party cable. Is this NON ESSENTIAL? This is pathetic. There is NO WAY to contact best buy to make it right. What a crap organization.

I made an appointment on online to get my screen fixed for my phone and had to wait over a week to get an appointment. Drove over 30 miles to bring my phone to my scheduled appointment. Upon checking in my phone they basically said they aren’t going to have time to fix my phone today! This was at 3pm and they close at 10pm? The manager Cody came over and told me he will fix it and I was willing to leave my phone until 7pm and I would come back to pick it up. I wasted 3 plus hours around Kalamazoo to unfortunately have them tell me it wasn’t fixed hasn’t been looked at and basically I can schedule another appointment December 16th. It also didn’t help with the condescending comments from the worker and the manager over this situation. Super frustrating shouldn’t be this hard to get a screen fixed!

We were just at this Best Buy and Emily was outstanding helping us . She went in their warehouse storage and got what we needed after she looked for us in the store !

Sent laptop to wrong address. The salesman assured me that he changed my mailing address for a $2000 laptop I ordered in store was changed to my new address out of state because I was visiting for thanksgiving. Hours later, I checked my app and it said it was going to my old address so I went in store and they assured me that I don’t need to cancel my order because they fixed it. It was not fixed and my laptop was delayed days because of the snowstorm shipping to the wrong address so I had to stay in Michigan extra days waiting for it.
