I bought a laptop yesterday from this Best Buy. Upon check out, the kid at the check out told me I needed to buy Microsoft 365 an $89.99 purchase before tax for my laptop in order to have Word and other programs. Come to find out, my laptop HAS it. I returned to the store today to get a refund and am told it's nonrefundable and I basically wasted $100. Is this how yall do service? Convince someone that you have to buy something, when it isnt necessary and then take their money? We literally asked the kid at the counter, "you promise this is something we need and not just to push sales." And he said we definitely needed it and we dont! I want my money back!

Office is not part of a standard windows purchase, and it is an add-on that may come with a trial when you first set up your computer. The sale representative wouldn't be incorrect when they state that if you don't purchase the either yearly or one time payment options for Office then this would not be available after this possible free trial period provided with your computer. I ordered a 5 camera blink system. I never received my order and called best buy. 2 associates told me it was being re sent. After not hearing back each time within the time window I was told I would hear back I called a third time. I was told I was being issued a refund within 7 to 10 days. Over a week later I got an email saying that they weren't giving me a refund and to contact local law enforcement. I will also be contacting the better business bureau to report unethical practices. I was lied to 3 times which should be recorded and out $200. I wont be shopping with Best Buy ever again.

Wish I could give negative stars. Went to buy a TV no one approached us and when we went to find someone we approached them and they said we were going to have to wait until someone freed up. The place was a literal ghost town, I saw maybe at most 5 people working. We chose Best Buy over Walmart but I really wished my wife would have joined me in the idea of walking out. Anyways we now own a 65" Insignia that was on sale. I drug it up to the cash register, paid and left. Not planning on going back.
