Went to the store in search of a Garmin watch for my son. Despite the model not being in stock and not arriving when it was needed or promised, the young sales rep was earnest and tried his best.
Yea, I’m in store right now and have been here since the doors opened at 10am. 3 people have already left, I’ve been here for an hour waiting for someone to tell me if this radio fits my car. I’m going to be getting a major discount today for the literal hour wait for someone to tell me if this fits in my car. And I’m still not even sure if I’m buying the right thing. What is going on here??? Kalamazoo needs a micro center so yall have someone to send me to when you’re taking an hour to look something up

Hard to get help finding products and when you do the specialist do not know what they are talking about. The person at the register pestered me for a phone number and was a smart ass about it. Will order from microcenter going forward.
Long story short I came into Best Buy today and William helped me out big time. He figured out what was wrong with my current router, looked it up online, and then recommended the exact router I needed to run my security cameras. He was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable standing right in the doorway ready to take on questions as customers came in. Well done, William! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
