Every time I have to go to this store, I have to think twice. They have very poor customer service, and when I need help finding an item, it’s just luck if someone can actually help you

I usually shop online for convenience but came into your store yesterday. You have a super professional and efficient team. Khalil was excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful. He talked me out of the TV I came there for after I looked around online and thought I knew what I wanted. He showed me a much better fit for my family along with all of the technical reasons why it would work better in our family room. He taught me so much I didn’t know about the latest TVs and made it easy for me to decide confidently. He showed me that the one he recommended was also on sale and equivalent in price and I felt he was being genuinely helpful and cared vs trying to upsell me on anything. We got the TV home and put it up right away and were blown away; it’s an amazing product and we are super happy. Friday night movie night was a big win last night. Thanks Khalil and team, excellent experience here and nice job. I highly recommend!!
