I work for a company that delivers food, products and services. I spoke with the manager today after there was a storm, and even though I had three orders to shop for they rejected all three. This order cost me money instead of making me money and it was for no reason at all! They could have totally let me in and they chose not to. Please do not shop here! 🥴🤬🙏🏻

I waited in Car Audio section for 30 min for help. I wanted a car stereo, that was locked up on the top shelf. I was told someone would help, no one ever showed up. I left with nothing. Crazy because the store was pretty empty of customers. Nice appliances though I won't be returning.

The host Gabby at this Best Buy was extremely unprofessional and made for a terrible customer experience. She repeatedly swore while speaking to us, acted irritated from the start, and behaved like she hated her job. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed that we even approached her. There was no effort to be welcoming or professional, and the constant negative attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. Employees representing a retail store should not be using profanity or openly showing hostility toward customers. This behavior reflects poorly on the store, and it’s something management should address. Customer service at the front of the store sets the tone for the entire visit, and this experience was unacceptable.
