Well, I tried to buy a monitor. When I was looking for a certain monitor which didn’t appear to be on display I decided to ask what appeared to be a manager. I was mentioning that the “new worker” in the “white shirt” was helping me who was very respectful. The Bald guy with a scruffy beard said, “oh hes new” before I finished what I was asking. He also made it seemed like I was interrupting him but he was just standing talking to another worker in the front middle of the store. I showed him the monitor I wanted and simply wanted to buy it as I was told it was jn stock. The bald guy said “how will you pay” not like that should matter. I told him “With my money” and he says “what you want it for free?” (sarcastically) then he goes do you have points. I said no. He said then how will you buy it. I again said with my money. I then said I don’t appreciate your sarcasm and jokes and said I will buy a monitor from someone who actually has interest in making sure I leave happy with a product, rather than purposely being difficult for whatever reason. I think the “new worker” should take this guys job and he was making fun of the new worker for not knowing the answers to my questions which I never had a problem with which is why I asked for further help in the first place. Was hoping to walk in and out in less then 10 minutes. Unfortunately mr bald guy had to be difficult, waste my time, and I never bought a monitor as i will chose to shop elsewhere. Unbelievable Named keegan?

Hello, Grant, Thank you for your review and feedback. Having an interaction like that with a manager is not the experience we'd like for our customers, so we can completely understand being let down with that interaction. So confused. Went in with my friend looking for a monitor, one employee told us they wouldn’t all be on the floor so we found one online. A different worker tried to help us find it and he couldn’t but it was no worries. Then we walked to a different employee, my friend said “excuse me” and he goes “excuse you” and continued to be sarcastic the whole time and went on the walkie talkie to get a different associate before my friend could even ask a question. even asked “how are you gonna pay for it, get it for free?” like what bro? he wasn’t even joking around he had a straight face and just acted annoyed the whole time. we left right away, and it wasn’t worth our time to remember his name but he had a scruffy beard and bald head. Weird guy though.

Keegan at Verizon was amazing. He walked me through my new phone purchase and informed me of deals that were beneficial to me personally and at work. I was not informed of these deals through the other Verizon stores or via customer support. Kudos sir as my phone, and iPad are fully protected and heavily used

This is the Best Buy I go to most and it's generally fine, so not going to review bomb here or anything, but I was in today and had to leave within about 2 minutes because so many people were pestering me for "do you need help" that I felt like I had to defend myself for being there. I was going to look at a pair of headphones and hoping they were there to try on. I got 3 different "do you need any help" conversations on my way over and replied that I'm fine and don't need anything, then one of the same people popped up in the aisle again 30 seconds later after I already said I was fine. I knew exactly what I was looking for and where it is in the store. I would have asked if I needed help. The aggressive attention made me feel like I was being accused of shoplifting or something. I didn't love the headphones I originally was checking out - normally I would've checked out some of the other options to see if there was something better but I felt uncomfortable even being in the store not being able to walk 20 feet without someone trying to talk to me. Some people are introverts, let us shop in peace if we decline the initial offer for help.
