I recently bought a high end gaming laptop from best buy. I am an ex software developer and currently am an actuary. The sales representative Ashton that works here really know his hardware. I talked to him back and forth about what I should buy. He helped me find a laptop that did exactly what I wanted.
BTW for these high end laptops, take it from an actuary whom designs insurance policies that the accidental warranties are a great deal.

Terrible experience, they blocked my money for 30 days and without delivering the product they were saying to wait for another 40 days. Customer support has no idea about the situation and even lying on chats. Had to refund the money. Horrible

Denver helped my girlfriend apply for a credit card to purchase a laptop. He was very knowledgeable with the computer components and helped her pick out the right one. He was very sweet and will come back for all of my computer/tech needs!

The store visit itself was great. Representative was very helpful. I would suggest going in-person to buy anything. The website and app are absolute trash. I had to spend an extra $380 for the laptop because they both wouldn't let me make my purchase. Then another $180 for the membership so I could get alerts if the price dropped. I can not set alerts so I'm out $560 plus tax. Customer service outside of this store is horrible. Definitely shop in person. I'll just buy electronics direct from the manufacturer going forward. The closest Best Buy is to far for the hassle of their customer service not ever helping. Buy direct from manufacturer unless you're close to a physical store.
