Be aware: If buying a Geek Squad membership, when one calls with a question the phone transfers to an international office, every time I've called. "Their phones must be busy so you're switched here," is the standard answer, along with please provide your name, phone number, etc., and credit card for a home visit or we can log on remotely for you. It's starts to feel like a scam. I didn't realize the store doesn't have the technology for members to speak by phone to its Geek Squad, or doesn't provide a 4-digit extension to get past the automated phone tree. Members seem to be left with driving to the store, which isn't exactly user-friendly.
