I was hesitant of going to Best Buy because the service I had in the past wasn't very good. However, this was the best service I've had to date!Everyone was so helpful, but particularly I wanted to shout out to Daniel and Mike. They answered all our questions with a smile and went above and beyond their job. Thank you so much for everything, and I hope they get a well deserved raise!
Christian with the geek squad is AMAZING ! He deserves a raise ! Within minutes he solved my phone port issue. He cleaned the port and had it to me within 5-7 minutes as I was in a huge hurry ! His customer service skills are amazing plus his ability to solve the problem in minutes ! I will 10000% be going back to this geek squad ! Great employees. I was also greeted right away and pointed in the right direction to fix my problem.
