The geek squad there sucks just needed a printer aligned wanted me schedule a home appointment it’s not connected to computer so just unplug and go but they said I couldn’t bring it in so they WILL NOT GET NO MORE OF MY BUSINESS BECAUSE IT WAS BOUGHT THERE

Friendly and helpful staff
This store is clearly managed well and trains it's staff. Might be the only electronics store I've been to that seems to really appreciate their customers. Best Buy has always exceeded my expectations. Each time I come to this store , the sales floor has plenty of employees and they all let you know they are here if you need them without pestering you to buy something.
I bought a SONY TV from Devin, young man was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made the whole experience pleasant and stress free. Thanks for making this purchase easy.
