I went to Best Buy to buy an Apple Watch for my wife. While there my daughter saw someone opening pokemon cards in the middle of a video game aisle and got excited. A gentleman named Flock came to help me with the watch and my daughter wanted me to ask about the cards so I did. He was awesome, he told me he would go check and came back and said he had some for her and took us up to ring up the Apple Watch. While up there he gave me some great tips to help my daughter find pokemon cards in the future(which in this market has been insanely hard for a dad.) While checking out, another employee gave my daughter some loose cards and really made her day. I don’t write many reviews but I wanted to make sure I gave Flock his flowers for being a great employee and making my daughters day.
I have been trying for 2 months to get activated cell phone service through Assurance Wireless I was adviced to go to a Best Buy in Chesapeake My phone was a standard TCL flip phone -nothing but the basic The Geek salesman in the help dept was a GEEK!! He said that I needed a password to get in It was a phone Not a tablet! My girl friend and I were asked to move out of the way for the other customers After an hour we got Assurance on the phone to help us I had been without a phone for at least 2 months and in and out of ECU Health ICU for health reasons for weeks I rolled in in a wheelchair with the assistance of my girlfriend No it was not a dream experience!

I had an outstanding experience at the Chesapeake Best Buy, and it was all thanks to Flock! From the moment he greeted me, he provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I needed instead of rushing me through the process.
Flock went above and beyond by checking inventory on multiple items, making sure I had the best options available. He also helped me across two different departments, which made the entire shopping experience seamless and stress-free. His attention to detail, patience, and genuine desire to help really stood out.
It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, thorough, and customer-focused. Flock turned what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into a truly excellent experience. This was not my first experience visiting and shopping at this store and my experience each time was excellent. The staff and personnel were polite and knowledgeable about the products and prices of the items that I was looking to purchase, and now I see 👀 why they are called BEST BUY no pun 🤔 intended. My salesperson didn't try to push me to purchase a refrigerator that I was interested in buying but they showed me a wide range of products and models that were available. I really like their style 😍 because of the none pressure tactics that are usually used by their competitors. I was allowed to finger 👉 the goods ,so to speak, like opening the door s checking out the freezer capacity. Patience is truly a virtue 🙏 and I would certainly give them an A+ rating for service 😀 and quality of goods purchased.
I would highly recommend shopping at this store for the vast amount of products available and at a reasonable competive price 😀. The Geek Squad is also located in this store and I was very satisfied with the help that I received to repair my cellphone. Best BUY is your Best Choice says Joe Malloy.
