Bought a phone. $499.00, or on sale for $499.00 with a Free rewards membership. Email says I have $50.00 rewards. Whups! No way to use it? Wonk out! Sales associates, if you can find one, only show you what's on sale no matter what you 'need'. Try & explain? Whups! Fuse blown? They walk away. Please...Go out of business already!
Response to response: I can read, thank you very much. The phony $50 credit, & self membership cancelation was made up for with less agravation by going "somewhere else"! Good riddance!

A lot going in ar this best buy, given the holiday season coming up its expected that stores will be in disarray. Simple electronis store.
