Went in to get my laptop fixed and they damaged it and would not get back to me about it. The $200 annual Best Buy package isn’t worth it when they fix one thing then break another. I’ve been unable to get I contact with them about this to get the damages they caused fixed. Please save your money for more trustworthy people. I would also like to state that I did alert the geek squad crew on pick up that the damage my laptop as that is what I was supposed to do to get issues like this resolved but still no dice. I cannot in good faith recommend this Best Buy to people if they fail to correct an issue they caused. So to all those who listened go somewhere else.

I've been working at this Best Buy location, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The team here works really well together—everyone’s friendly, supportive, and always willing to teach. From day one, management has been open and approachable, always taking the time to listen and help when needed.
This location deals with heavy foot traffic, and I think the staff handles it as smoothly as possible. The employees here are impressively knowledgeable across a wide range of products, from tech to appliances and everything in between. I’ve personally learned so much since I started working here.
Best Buy also carries a huge selection of items, and there’s always something new to discover. Whether you’re shopping or considering joining the team, this location is solid all around.
