Good service but the registers, customer service area and returns all in the same location of the store behind a wall. Definitely see a problem if it ever gets extremely busy in the store
I bought a new computer and had the Geek Squad transfer files and info from my old one. There were complications but Xian Yi at the Dedham, Mass store stuck with it and everything was resolved in a extremely timely manner. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

Their price match guarantee is NOT A GUARANTEE. I wanted to purchase a google pixel 9a urgently. Amazon had the best deal selling pixel 9a at 349$ the day after cyber Monday 2025, but it was only going to arrive after 4 days. So I called my local Best Buy store at Dedham, MA, to ask if they would price match and they looked at the Amazon deal and said they would price match. So I went to the Dedham Best Buy store that day to purchase the phone, only to be denied. The reason being that it was too low for Best Buy and their system did not allow the supervisor to lower it to that cost. We are talking about decreasing the Best Buy’s price from 399$ to 349$ for the pixel 9a 128 gb model. I was truly disappointed, while the manager apologized for that confusion. A local store cannot honor price match guarantee for a local resident. What is the point of having a physical store and boasting about price match on the website from a 15B$ large chain company that cannot honor a 50$ decrease to price match? Very disappointing!! Will never buy from Best Buy again. I would be alright if you advertise that you wouldn’t price match. But saying you won’t be beat on price by anybody else and then not honoring a price match from your competitor because it is too low for Best Buy is simply deceiving buyers.

Some of the staff were nice. The prices seem OK. They’ve got a ton of stuff locked behind plexiglass. Waited 20 minutes (in vain) for someone to come let me spend $200, then left.
