This store has great customer service skills! I originally went to the El Cajon store. I waited 15 minutes at the counter for service without any acknowledgement. I then asked if I could be helped, only to wait another 10 minutes.. Nothing, no acknowledgement, no eye contact, nothing. After a few more minutes, I started to escorted my 2 grandchildren out. I was pretty frustrated. On the way out, I used the "F" word and the manager was quick to correct me, but not concerned why I was frustrated. I had just spent over $2000.00 a few weeks before. I will go out of my way back to the Mission Center store. They seem to appreciate their customers more. I live in Harbison Canyon, near Alpine!

People harassing me as I walked in the store.Trying to get me to sign up for some random stuff.I don't know what's going on.I asked the security guard working at the desk once I was able to get in the building, and he said they don't call the cops on em.And that they're not affiliated with best buy. Not that I wanted them to call the cops. But i'm just trying to inquire on why they even allow this outside their business. I can't be the only customer who finds it annoying and harassing to some extent and to complete turn off. Maybe this is some government sigh up to make people wanna shop online and stay indoors lmfa idk 🤷🤷jk but..
