Went to see if they had any cards in stock, was told by an employee that other employees buy them out to resell. It’s already hard enough finding pokemon cards and dealing with scalpers and now I have to worry about employees buying out their own stock? How is that even fair or even allowed? Never buying from this Best Buy

Bought an open box TV. It was labelled in excellent condition which should have everything. When I went for pickup, I was told the remote was missing, which should put this TV in the next level and $50 cheaper. The staff was impatient and told me "take it or leave it" and walked away. Finally, the floor manager found a very used remote control from the show room for replacement.
