Bought a new computer The geek squad transferred my old information to my new computer. Hours of time calling geek squad it’s still not working. They gave me a power cord with somebody else’s name on it and for brand new computer. You can’t call the store because they don’t have a functioning phone. You just get to call into the geek squad who tells you to go to the store. Another inconvenience at this point they should be paying me.

Weird to leave 3 stars for this, but was in the store for a whole 4 minutes and got asked if I needed help by at least 4-5 different people, and another salesperson tried to pull the “what cell phone carrier do you have” sales pitch. Felt super uncomfortable, just let a guy shop. Walked out sooner than anticipated as it was just awkward as ever. Was like I was being hunted down at a car dealership.
