I give them 1 star. On my app it literally says "Please make sure an adult 18 or older is home to sign for your delivery.* which I had two adults plus my wife present because I was at work and they still left with my dryer? And now even if I reschedule my appointment the same thing might happened, so I'll just cancel my order and do my business elsewhere. Such a shame I love shopping with best buy. I don't have the trucking company information that did this so here I am.

Don’t recommend coming to this Best Buy, absolutely terrible customer service. Ask them something and they just stare at you like your stupid, tell them to have a good day and they give you the dirtiest looks without saying a word, nothing, if someone is talking to you it should be common sense to open your mouth too, also they never have anything you’re looking for, it’s a complete waste of time

Extremely Disappointed with Unauthorized Repair and Poor Communication
I recently dropped off my iPhone 14 Pro at this Best Buy location for a simple battery replacement. However, without my consent or any prior communication, they also replaced the display. No one mentioned this when I picked up the device — I only found out later by checking in the settings at home, which showed the display had been replaced.
When I contacted the store, they claimed they found an issue with a sensor and decided to replace the entire display, but they never informed or asked for my approval. Later, they told me they would provide a refurbished replacement phone, but that it wouldn’t come with any coverage or warranty — meaning if anything happened to it afterward, it would be completely my responsibility.
To make things worse, I’ve been trying to reach the store and the staff have been unresponsive and impossible to contact. This whole experience has been unacceptable — lack of transparency, no consent for additional repairs, and poor customer service.
I strongly advise anyone getting a repair here to be extremely cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented and approved in writing before leaving your device.
