The worst phone service I ever experienced. I bought 2 TVs in a week. One delivered just two days ago fell from the table while I was hooking the cable line and it broke. A 55 in in the garbage. So I call to order another TV, this one a different model, however they are making me wait a week to receive it. I called just yesterday and originally wanted to pick it up but today called to switch to delivery. They denied it to me, just after one day! I spent a lot of money here and will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE, OR PURCHASE A THING FROM BEST BUY EVER AGAIN!😡 Almost two weeks without a TV and they couldn't squeeze my delivery in! I'm only 6 miles from the store that they will be dropping my TV off at! FU people!! I'm so sick of all of this and so stressed after breaking a brand new television.
