Item NOT as listed and wasted time and gas. TV is clearly marked “Open box and excellent condition” but when I went to the counter to pick it up, it was not in the original box and the remote was missing as it was stated on the sticker attached to the bubble wrap over the tv. The only reason why I went to this location was for the open box condition and price. There is a Best Buy down the road from me which has always been top notch. (Novi, MI). Since I was already there, I returned the TV and bought a brand new Roku TV. Whoever is listing the open box items needs to double check the condition of the product they are listing. A little effort goes a long way.
