Went to the Geek Squad for an iPhone 14 battery replacement. They said it would be 2 hrs. So we went to lunch. An hour later they call my wife saying the battery was replaced but now I have no cellular service and they weren’t sure why. They thought maybe something got shorted out. They said we’ll replace the phone with a new iPhone 14 but it will take a few days to get it. I said just give me a replacement….you sell phones and you screwed mine up….you owe me a phone now. Nope they couldn’t do that he says.So when I got home I went to the local Xfinity Mobile store to see if they could help. He run a simple diagnostic test on the phone and it said the internal antenna had been loosened. He was just a sales person and he diagnosed the problem when the damn Geek Squad didn’t know what happened! He couldn’t understand why they didn’t know that and fix the problem. These clowns at Best Buy are totally incompetent and I will never do business there again. Do yourself a favor and take your iPhone to the Apple Store if it needs service.
